JOHNSON HLDGS released its annual performance report, with revenue of HKD 1.836 billion, an increase of 17.38% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JOHNSON HLDGS (01955) announced its annual results for the year ending March 31, 2025, with revenue of HKD 1.836 billion, an increase of 17.38% year-on-year; gross profit of HKD 94.53 million; profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 15.954 million; basic earnings per share of HKD 0.032; and a proposed final dividend of HKD 0.0087 per share.

The announcement stated that under the intense competition in the government line market, the group continues to optimize its bidding strategy, actively recruit talent to strengthen its high-end commercial line team, and continuously improve service quality to expand revenue sources. During the review period, all business lines achieved breakthroughs, with the government line securing multiple large street cleaning contracts (including those in the Eastern District, Northern District, Kowloon City District, Kwun Tong District, Southern District, Tuen Mun District, Wong Tai Sin District, Wan Chai District, and Central and Western District). Since the review period, it has also won large contracts for street cleaning in Sha Tin, Yau Tsim Mong, Sai Kung, Yuen Long, and Outlying Islands. Additionally, the group has won the government park contract (Sha Tin Park). Meanwhile, the commercial line business has also maintained strong growth momentum, securing cleaning service contracts from international large banks, renowned universities, luxury villas, five-star hotels, and landmark large shopping malls, and has become the contractor providing comprehensive services (including patient transportation, medication delivery, environmental cleaning, etc.) for two large public hospitals, marking the group's successful entry into the medical comprehensive service market, with the company's strength continuously improving and gaining recognition from all sectors of society.
