The group's revenue and other income amounted to HKD 331 million, a decrease of 37.1% year-on-year. Earnings per share were HKD 0.01, and a final dividend of HKD 0.005 per share is proposed. The increase in profit was mainly due to the recognition of unrealized gains on financial assets and improvements in the Building Solutions segment
