NWDS CHINA: Liu Fuqiang has been appointed as Executive Director
NWDS CHINA announced that starting from June 27, 2025, Ms. Zhao Huixian will be transferred to the position of Executive Director and become a member of the Executive Committee and the Compensation Committee; Mr. Liu Fuqiang has been appointed as Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee and the Nomination Committee; Mr. Chen Yaohua has also been appointed as Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee; Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Zhang Yingchao and Mr. Chen Yaotang have been appointed as members of the Nomination Committee
According to the announcement from New World Department Store China (00825), effective from June 27, 2025: (1) Non-executive director Ms. Zhao Huixian has been transferred to executive director; and has been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee and the Remuneration Committee; (2) Mr. Liu Fuqiang has been appointed as executive director, and a member of the Executive Committee and the Nomination Committee; (3) Mr. Chen Yaohong has been appointed as executive director and a member of the Executive Committee; and (4) Independent non-executive directors Mr. Zhang Yingchao and Mr. Chen Yaotang have been appointed as members of the Nomination Committee
