CHI KAN HLDGS: Fiscal year 2025 revenue decreased by 8.1% to HKD 1.414 billion

CHI KAN HLDGS announced that for the year ending March 31, 2025, revenue decreased by approximately 8.1% to about HKD 1.414 billion, compared to revenue of approximately HKD 1.539 billion for the fiscal year 2024. The gross profit margin increased from approximately 15.9% in the fiscal year 2024 to approximately 25.7% in the fiscal year 2025, an increase of about 9.8%. The loss attributable to the company's owners for the year was approximately HKD 7.6 million, while last year the profit attributable to the company's owners was HKD 28.1 million. Excluding non-recurring contract assets and impairment losses on trade receivables, the adjusted profit attributable to the company's owners for the fiscal year 2025 was approximately HKD 10.6 million, a decrease of about 62.1% compared to approximately HKD 28.1 million for the fiscal year 2024. The board does not recommend the payment of a final dividend for the fiscal year 2025
