Comleader Information: Some fundraising projects postponed
On June 29th, Comleader Information announced that the company held the 28th meeting of the third board of directors and the 25th meeting of the third board of supervisors on June 29, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the extension of certain fundraising investment projects. The company agreed to extend the time for certain initial public offering fundraising investment projects to reach the predetermined usable status. This extension does not change the investment content, total investment amount, or implementing entity of the fundraising investment projects and will not have a substantial impact on the implementation of the fundraising investment projects
