
TAIHE M-FIN received resumption guidance from the Stock Exchange

On June 27, 2025, TAIHE M-FIN received a resumption guidance from the Stock Exchange, requiring an independent investigation audit, management integrity review, internal control audit, and the release of unpublished financial performance, in order to restore share trading and ensure compliance with listing rules
According to the announcement from TAIHE M-FIN (01915), on June 27, 2025, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange, which included the following resumption guidance for the restoration of share trading:
(a) Conduct an independent investigation into several unauthorized guarantees provided by the Group regarding loans from the company's controlling shareholder, Jiangsu Baitai Group Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies; the recoverability of certain receivables and accounts; the recognition of impairment losses on certain receivables and accounts; and the assessment of the Group's ability to continue as a going concern (collectively referred to as "audit matters"), including but not limited to an independent judicial investigation into unauthorized guarantees, as well as assessing the impact on the company's business operations and financial condition, publishing the investigation results, and taking appropriate remedial measures;
(b) Demonstrate that there are no reasonable regulatory concerns regarding the integrity, capability, and/or character of the Group's management and/or any individuals who have significant influence over the management and operation of the company that may pose risks to investors and undermine market confidence;
(c) Conduct an independent internal control audit to demonstrate that the company has implemented sufficient internal controls and procedures to fulfill its responsibilities under the listing rules;
(d) Publish all outstanding financial performance results as required by the listing rules and resolve any audit modifications;
(e) Demonstrate that the company complies with the provisions of Rule 13.24 of the listing rules;
(f) Recomply with the provisions of Rules 3.10(2) and 3.21 of the listing rules;
(g) Inform the market of all significant information for shareholders and other investors to assess the company's condition
