According to the announcement from China SKL (00974), Mr. Qiu Minghao has resigned as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as the recipient of legal documents (recipient of legal documents) under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong, effective from June 30, 2025.
