Hubei Consumer Finance's capital increase approved, registered capital increased to 1.3589 billion yuan
The official website information of Hubei Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. shows that the company has received approval from the Hubei Financial Regulatory Bureau regarding the change of registered capital and adjustment of equity structure. Accordingly, the registered capital of Hubei Consumer Finance has been approved to increase from 1.0058 billion yuan to 1.3589 billion yuan. After the capital increase, the contribution ratios of each shareholder are as follows: Hubei Bank 49.61%, Xinjiang Teyi Shuke 18.11%, Beijing Yuxin Technology 9.45%, TCL Technology Group 7.87%, Wind Information Technology 7.87%, Wuhan Shanglian Group 3.54%, Wushang Group 3.54%
