LOCO HK: Tian Yuan has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director
LOCO HK announced that Zhou Tianshu has resigned as an independent non-executive director and from multiple committee memberships, effective July 2, 2025. Tian Yuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and to multiple committee memberships, while Wang Wendong and Yang Zhenhua have also been appointed as members of the nomination committee. Wang Wendong will additionally serve as a member of the executive committee, all effective July 2, 2025
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LOCO HK (08162) announced that Mr. Zhou Tianshu has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, member of the nomination committee, and member of the executive committee, effective from July 2, 2025.
Mr. Tian Yuan has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, member of the nomination committee, and member of the executive committee, effective from July 2, 2025.
Effective from July 2, 2025: Mr. Wang Wendong and Mr. Yang Zhenhua have also been appointed as members of the company's nomination committee; Mr. Wang Wendong has also been appointed as a member of the company's executive committee
