WUTONG HOLDING announced that the company intends to acquire 20% equity of its controlling subsidiary Suzhou Wutong Intelligent Electronics Co., Ltd. held by minority shareholder Pei Zhonghui for a cash consideration of RMB 84 million. On the same day, the company signed the "Equity Acquisition Agreement between WUTONG HOLDING GROUP CO., LTD. and Pei Zhonghui regarding Suzhou Wutong Intelligent Electronics Co., Ltd." with the counterparty Pei Zhonghui. The signing of the "Supplementary Agreement to the Equity Acquisition Agreement" has been approved by the 13th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors and the 12th meeting of the 5th Supervisory Board of the company.
