TIMES NEIGHBOR: RSM has been appointed as the new auditor
TIMES NEIGHBOR announced that due to the failure to reach an agreement with the auditor Ernst & Young on the audit fees, Ernst & Young resigned effective from July 3, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, BDO (Hong Kong) has been appointed as the new auditor, effective from the same date, with a term ending at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders
According to the announcement from TIMES NEIGHBOR (09928), the company has stated that it and its auditor Ernst & Young (EY) have failed to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the year ending December 31, 2025. As a result, EY has resigned as the company's auditor, effective July 3, 2025.
Following the recommendation of the audit committee, BDO Limited has been appointed as the new auditor of the company, effective July 3, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by EY's resignation. BDO's term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
