The newly established subsidiary is named HTHC Tianxia Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 1 million RMB. The legal representative is Wu Zhaojuan, and the business location is Room 605-A, No. 1136, Shenbin South Road, Minhang District, Shanghai. The business scope includes technical services, technology development, technical consulting, and more. The company will invest its own funds, holding a 100% stake.
