NMHD: Plans to acquire 70% equity in Zhenglanqi Wind Power and 75.51% equity in Beifang Duolun
On the evening of July 9th, NMHD announced that it plans to acquire 70% equity of Zhenglanqi Wind Power and 75.51% equity of Beifang Duolun held by Beifang Company through a combination of issuing shares and cash payment, and will issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors to raise matching funds. The transaction price is 5.717 billion yuan
