At the midday close of the Hong Kong stock market, the Hang Seng Index rose by 0.09%, while the Hang Seng Tech Index fell by 0.44%. Hong Kong brokerage stocks became active again, with FIRST SHANGHAI rising over 9% and HENGTOU SEC rising over 5%. Yao Cai Securities Financial rose over 19%. In terms of news, the Hong Kong stablecoin regulations will take effect in August, and the company may become the entity applying for the VATP license from Ant Group
