Zone-King Environmental Sci&Tech: Actual controller transfers partnership equity
Zone-King Environmental Sci&Tech announced that the company's actual controller, Mr. Zhuo Weilong, will transfer his investment share of 263,200 yuan in Hangzhou Gaoting Enterprise Management Partnership to six key employees of the company, with a total transaction amount of 6 million yuan. The purpose of this transfer is to enhance team cohesion and strengthen the company's core competitiveness. After the transfer is completed, the six transferees will collectively enjoy the rights to 1,315,800 shares of Zone-King Environmental Sci&Tech, accounting for 0.9799% of the total share capital. This transfer will not result in any changes to the company's control or equity structure
