OCEAN ONE HLDG has applied to the Stock Exchange for a transfer to the main board for listing and trading. The company's previous application on December 31, 2020, automatically lapsed due to not being resubmitted for over six months. According to Chapter 9B of the Main Board Listing Rules, eligible GEM issuers may transfer to the main board for listing. The board officially submitted the application on July 10, 2025
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OCEAN ONE HLDG (08476) announced that the previous application has automatically expired since the last resubmission on December 31, 2020, due to the fact that more than six months have passed since the resubmission. Following the introduction of a streamlined transfer listing mechanism by the Stock Exchange, which allows eligible GEM issuers to transfer to the main board in accordance with Chapter 9B of the main board listing rules, the board of directors is pleased to announce that the company has officially applied to the Stock Exchange for approval to list and trade its shares on the main board by way of transfer listing in accordance with Chapter 9B of the main board listing rules on July 10, 2025 (after trading hours)
