BOZHON: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.99% of the company's shares

BOZHON announced on the evening of July 11 that due to the personal funding needs of some employees, the company's shareholders Suzhou Zhong Er, Suzhou Zhong Liu, Suzhou Zhong Zhi Qi, Suzhou Zhong Zhi Ba, and Suzhou Zhong Shi plan to reduce their holdings of no more than 13.3582 million shares of the company through centralized bidding or block trading, accounting for no more than 2.99% of the company's total share capital, to be conducted within three months after the announcement date of this reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
