KIMOU ENVIRON (06805.HK) announced that due to the intention to devote more time to other personal business commitments, Huang Qiyang has resigned as the company's Chief Executive Officer, and will be succeeded by the Chairman of the Board and Executive Director Zhang Lianghong, effective from July 11, 2025.

Huang Qiyang will continue to serve as the company's Executive Director
