HUIDA SANITARY WARE announced that it expects to achieve a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company of between 16.4 million and 19.6 million yuan for the first half of 2025, a year-on-year decrease of 67.52% to 72.82%. It is expected that the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, will be between -32.1 million and -26.8 million yuan for the first half of 2025, a year-on-year decrease of 199.60% to 219.29%. During the reporting period, affected by factors such as conflicts in overseas regions, changes in tariff policies, a reduction in export tax rebate rates, and the continued deepening of domestic structural adjustments and insufficient effective demand, the gross profit margin of overseas export business has declined, and the revenue from domestic major customer engineering business has decreased year-on-year. The operating revenue for the first half of 2025 is approximately 1.425 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 9.94%. At the same time, the company has made asset impairment provisions for certain inventories and fixed assets
