Various regions have also introduced various standards and guidelines related to "good houses," leading to a noticeable improvement in the quality of newly built housing supply. Many real estate companies have seized the opportunities brought by this change, not only to meet the new regulatory requirements but also to actively promote product line innovation, enhancing product strength and delivery capability. In the first half of the year, the properties with good sales in core cities were mostly "good house" projects with relatively high quality, which have had a certain degree of radiation and driving effect on the surrounding areas.
