HENGFENG INFO announced that the company's controlling shareholder and one of the actual controllers, Ms. Wei Xiaoxi, and her concerted party, Ms. Wei Xiaoting, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.9374 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement. Ms. Wei Xiaoxi holds 41.5256 million shares of the company, accounting for 25.23% of the total share capital, while Ms. Wei Xiaoting holds 3.8995 million shares, accounting for 2.37% of the total share capital.
