K'taka HC orders govt to make public disclosure of RCB stampede report

The court rejected the government's request for confidentiality, stating there were no legal grounds for it. The report must also be shared with involved parties, including the RCB franchise and event partner DNA Entertainment Networks. A CID investigation is ongoing, and the RCB franchise is awaiting further details.
