HZSY: Li Yanyong resigns from the positions of chairman and other roles in the company

On July 17th, HZSY announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter submitted by Li Yanyong. Due to work adjustments, Li Yanyong applied to resign from the positions of chairman, director, and legal representative, and after resigning, will serve as a senior advisor to the company. Li Yanyong's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. The company will complete the election of the chairman and legal representative, as well as the supplementary election of the board's special committee, in accordance with relevant regulations and legal procedures as soon as possible
