UPIE: Shareholder Wang Jinghua plans to reduce holdings of 7.3726 million shares

UPIE announced that its shareholder Wang Jinghua, who holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 7.3726 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is from August 12, 2025, to November 11, 2025. Ms. Wang Jinghua holds 204 million shares of the company, accounting for 27.64% of the company's total share capital, and is the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and director. The reason for the reduction is personal financial arrangements
