Guangdong Sunwill Precising Plastic elected Li Yongxiang as chair, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse. Li currently serves as deputy party secretary of Guangzhou Development District Investment Group and supervisor of Guangzhou Bank. He succeeds Zhang Fang, who resigned in early July. Shares of the plastic air-conditioning fan blades producer were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
