ST CFLED: Jiang Wei resigns as Secretary of the Board and Deputy General Manager
On July 22, ST CFLED announced that the company's director, board secretary, and deputy general manager Jiang Wei applied to resign from the positions of board secretary and deputy general manager due to administrative penalties imposed by the Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and disciplinary actions publicly reprimanded by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. After resigning, Jiang Wei will still serve as a director and hold other positions in the company. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. During the vacancy of the board secretary, the company's chairman Wu Taoxiang will act as the board secretary
