Zhuhai Zhongfu announced in the evening that the company will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Fuyue Food Technology Co., Ltd., in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Urumqi, Xinjiang, with a registered capital of 40 million RMB. This subsidiary will be responsible for constructing beverage bottling production lines and supporting PET bottle and preform production line projects to strengthen the company's development in the Xinjiang region. The company's board of directors has authorized the management to implement this investment without the need for shareholder meeting approval. This investment aims to adjust and allocate production capacity, enhance the overall industrial scale of the company, and align with the company's strategic development plan
