DIRUI Medical announced on the evening of July 22 that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Huade Xinrun Equity Investment Enterprise, and a shareholder holding more than 5%, Guangdong Hengjian International Investment Co., Ltd. Due to changes in the positions of some directors at the shareholders and related units, and in conjunction with the actual work situation of the relevant personnel, Song Qing, Qin Feng, Wang Xueming, and Lin Maoliang will no longer serve as directors of the company. After resigning from their director positions, Song Qing, Qin Feng, and Lin Maoliang will not hold any positions in the company.
