SuKen Agriculture: Zhu Yadong resigns as the company's chairman and other positions

On July 23, SuKen Agriculture announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Chairman Zhu Yadong on the same day. Zhu Yadong applied to resign from the positions of Chairman, Director, and other roles due to a job transfer, and will no longer serve as the company's legal representative. After resigning, Zhu Yadong will not hold any other positions in the company or its controlling subsidiaries. Zhu Yadong's resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. Given that the election of the new chairman requires corresponding legal procedures, the company will complete the supplementary election of the chairman and related work as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures
