CCT FORTIS sells non-core business to reduce debt by 5.58 million yuan

CCT FORTIS (00138.HK) announced the sale of all shares of its subsidiary Cosmo Classic, which provides landscape design services, retail of floral plants, and catering business, to related party Mai Junqiao for a consideration of HKD 5.58 million, to be offset against the outstanding principal amount of the 2025 convertible bonds.
