TEC: Investment in Wind Power Project

TEC announced that the company has established TEC Clean Energy Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of the 100,000 kW wind power project in Youyu, and TEC Clean Energy Co., Ltd. will invest in the construction of the 170,500 kW wind power project in Fanzhi County. The total investment for the Youyu 100,000 kW wind power project is 559 million yuan, with a total installed capacity of 100 MW of wind turbines, and the construction of a new 220 kV booster station, 35 kV collection lines, and other corresponding supporting facilities. The total investment for the Fanzhi County 170,500 kW wind power project is 861 million yuan, with a planned installed capacity of 170.5 MW, and the construction of a new 220 kV booster station and its corresponding supporting facilities. The funding sources are self-raised by the enterprise and bank loans
