Huadian Liaoning Energy announced that as of July 25, 2025, the shareholder Liaoning Energy Investment Co., Ltd. has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 14.7 million shares through centralized bidding, with a reduction price range of 3.23 to 3.85 yuan per share, totaling 52.531 million yuan, accounting for 0.998% of the company's total share capital; after the reduction, it holds 244 million shares, accounting for 16.60%
