LPSK: Plans to acquire 38.38% equity of Senforei through capital increase and share expansion

On the evening of July 28, LPSK announced that the company plans to use its own cash of 8.8228 million yuan to acquire a 38.38% stake in Wuhan Senfu Rui Technology Co., Ltd. through a capital increase. After the capital increase is completed, the company will become a shareholder. Senfu Rui is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research, development, production, and sales of industrial non-destructive testing equipment, with main products including magnetic particle testing machines and manual scanners, widely used in various fields such as electricity, new energy vehicles, special equipment, construction, and bridges
