Xiling Power announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Power Components, plans to use its own funds to increase its investment in the holding subsidiary, Xiling New Energy, by 172 million yuan and acquire minority equity. After the capital increase is completed, Power Components will hold 89.04% of the investment in Xiling New Energy. At the same time, Power Components will acquire an investment amount of 1.01 million yuan in Xiling New Energy for 8.6831 million yuan, accounting for 3.21% of the total registered capital of Xiling New Energy after the capital increase.
