DAZZLE FASHION announced that the company will complete its share repurchase from July 29, 2024, to July 28, 2025. The actual number of shares repurchased is 8.3266 million shares, accounting for 1.7563% of the total share capital, with a repurchase amount of 101 million yuan and a price range of 10.19 yuan/share to 13.5 yuan/share. The repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives
