NUG: Subsidiary completes capital increase for Jintong Leasing, registered capital increased to 1 billion yuan

Ningbo United Group Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone Thermal Power Co., Ltd. has completed its participation in the capital increase and related transactions of Ningbo Jintong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. The registered capital of Jintong Leasing has increased from RMB 518,405,350 to RMB 1 billion, and the Thermal Power Company has increased its capital by RMB 48,323,200 at a 10% shareholding ratio, maintaining a 10% shareholding after the capital increase. Recently, Jintong Leasing has completed the industrial and commercial change registration and obtained the "Business License" reissued by the Market Supervision Administration of Beilun District, Ningbo City, with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion
