SINOLIFE UTD issued a profit warning, expecting mid-term net profit to decrease to approximately 12 million to 18 million yuan year-on-year
According to the announcement released by SINOLIFE UTD, the group expects to achieve a net profit of approximately RMB 12 million to RMB 18 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, while the net profit for the six months ending June 30, 2024, was approximately RMB 33.4 million. The decrease in net profit is mainly due to (i) a decline in sales revenue from domestic distributor platforms for infant and child products; and (ii) an increase in promotional expenses on e-commerce platforms
