CRCCE: The Strategic and Investment Committee has been renamed to the Strategic and ESG Committee
CRCCE announced that it will rename the Strategy and Investment Committee to the Strategy and ESG Committee to strengthen board construction and promote sustainable development. According to the revised working rules of the Nomination Committee, Wu Yuntian has been elected as the convener of the Nomination Committee, with a term ending at the conclusion of the company's third board of directors' term. The responsibilities of the new committee will take effect on July 30, 2025, and the member positions will remain unchanged
According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CRCCE (01786) has released a notice stating that, based on the revised working rules of the nomination committee, the chairperson of the nomination committee will be an independent non-executive director. Considering the professionalism and work experience of the board members, the board has elected Mr. Wu Yuntian as the chairperson of the nomination committee, with a term starting from the date of this announcement until the expiration of the third term of the company's board of directors. As of the date of this announcement, the composition of the nomination committee is as follows: Chairperson: Wu Yuntian; Members: Tong Pujiang, Zhu Qing.
To further strengthen the construction of the board of directors, in line with ESG management guidelines, and to promote the company's sustainable development, the board hereby announces that the existing Strategic and Investment Committee will be renamed as the Strategic and ESG Committee and its responsibilities will be adjusted, effective from July 30, 2025. The composition and member positions of this committee will remain unchanged
