The actual controller of XIIC will change to Feng Xianzhong
XIIC announced that Mr. Feng Jianfang will transfer 100% equity of Xinjiang Rongneng Investment Development Co., Ltd. to his brother Feng Xianzhong. Upon completion of the transfer, Feng Xianzhong will become the controlling shareholder of Xinjiang Rongneng and will indirectly control 22.82% of the shares of the listed company, with the actual controller changing to Feng Xianzhong
According to the announcement from International Industry (000159.SZ), on July 29, 2025, Mr. Feng Jianfang and Mr. Feng Xianzhong signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement." According to the agreement, Mr. Feng Jianfang will transfer 100% of his shares in Xinjiang Rongneng Investment Development Co., Ltd. to his brother Mr. Feng Xianzhong. After the transfer is completed, Mr. Feng Jianfang will no longer hold any shares in Xinjiang Rongneng, and Mr. Feng Xianzhong will hold 100% of the shares in Xinjiang Rongneng.
After the completion of the equity change, Mr. Feng Xianzhong will become the controlling shareholder of Xinjiang Rongneng and will indirectly control 22.82% of the shares of the listed company through Xinjiang Rongneng, changing the actual controller of the company from Mr. Feng Jianfang to Mr. Feng Xianzhong
