"Profit Alert" SMART DIGI TECH reports one-time income, forecasts mid-term turnaround

SMART DIGI TECH (01159.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit of between HKD 145 million and HKD 155 million for the six months ending in June, compared to a loss of HKD 11.3 million in the same period last year. The turnaround from loss to profit is mainly attributed to one-time net gains from the sale of subsidiaries
