WORLD-LINK LOG (Asia) has signed a distribution agreement with Wilmar International Limited to distribute tissue products under the "Virjoy" and "Zenses" brands to pharmacies, drugstores, convenience stores, and independent supermarkets in Hong Kong. This agreement will help the group expand its distribution market, and the board believes that the agreement is fair and reasonable, in the best interests of the company and its shareholders
According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, WORLD-LINK LOG (06083) has recently entered into a distribution agreement with Wilmar International Limited (Wilmar International). Under this agreement, the group will act as a distributor to supply products to pharmacies, drugstores, temporary shops, and independent supermarkets in Hong Kong, including but not limited to several tissue products from the well-known brands "Virjoy" and "Zenses." Following the establishment of this agreement, the group will be able to further expand its distribution market planning and sales business, extending the coverage of the distribution market to a more diverse range.
The board of directors believes that this agreement has been established after fair negotiations on normal commercial terms, and is fair, reasonable, and in the overall best interests of the company and its shareholders
