FOREVER TECHNOLOGY announced that shareholder Chen Xianlong, who holds 6.24% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 9 million shares, accounting for 1.50% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from August 25, 2025, to November 24, 2025, starting 15 trading days after the announcement is made
