According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xinjiang Huadingtai Mining Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Zhijie as the legal representative. The business scope includes: mineral processing; sales of non-metallic minerals and products; smelting of ferroalloys; coking, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by BGT Group
