Trinity Technology: Acquisition of 51% equity in Zhonghe Semiconductor has completed the industrial and commercial change

Trinity Technology announced that the cash acquisition of 51% equity in Anhui Zhonghe Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. has made progress. The transaction price is RMB 121 million, and the equity change registration procedures have been completed at the Hefei Market Supervision Administration. Before the transaction, the equity structure of Zhonghe Semiconductor was as follows: Guozhixing Semiconductor held 45.25% equity, Hefei Renzhihe Intelligent Equipment Partnership held 13.04% equity, and Jiazhihe Partnership held 11.5% equity, among others.
