ZZEPC: Chairman Yu Guoping resigned due to age reasons
Zhejiang Energy Power announced that the company's board of directors recently received the resignation report from Chairman Yu Guoping. Due to age reasons, Yu Guoping has applied to resign from the position of director and chairman of the fifth board of directors, as well as the position of convener of the board's strategy and investment committee. After Yu Guoping's resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company and its holding subsidiaries. The company will complete the election of the chairman and the supplementary election of the board's special committee as soon as possible
