KANTONE HOLDING announced that Ms. Du Yanfang has decided to resign from her position as Executive Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee due to the need to devote more time to other matters. Her resignation notice has been approved by the company and will take effect on August 2, 2025. Ms. Du also resigns from her role as Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules
