Kingee Culture signed a termination agreement with Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center, and the original office lease contract will terminate on July 31, 2025. The company needs to settle unpaid fees and pay a penalty of 1.3717 million yuan. After offsetting, the remaining amount to be paid is 1.0263 million yuan
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kingee Culture (002721.SZ) announced that the company has reached an agreement with Beijing Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center") regarding the termination of the lease for the company's original office location and has signed the relevant agreement. As agreed by both parties, the original contract will terminate on July 31, 2025. The company shall settle all actual expenses incurred under the original contract that have not yet been paid (including but not limited to water and electricity fees), and the previously paid contract deposit of 737,500 yuan will not be refunded by Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center; in addition, the company shall pay Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center a total of 1,371,700 yuan as liquidated damages for six months' rent. Given that the original contract deposit of 345,400 yuan has not been refunded, after offsetting, the company needs to pay the remaining amount of 1,026,300 yuan to Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center
