SailheroEnviroprotec: Li Yuguo plans to transfer his 31,320,400 shares of SailheroEnviroprotec to Zhixin Daneng
Sailhero Enviroprotec announced that the concerted actor of the actual controller, Li Yuguo, intends to transfer his 31,320,400 shares of Sailhero Enviroprotec to Zhixin Daneng. Previously, Li Yuguo signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Zhixin Daneng, stipulating the share transfer price to be 31.3204 million yuan. This share transfer is subject to completeness review confirmation by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange before the relevant procedures for share agreement transfer can be handled at the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited
