INNOVER TECH. announced that the chairman of the supervisory board, Xin Dechun, holds 255,000 shares, accounting for 0.17% of the company's total share capital. Due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 63,750 shares, accounting for 0.04% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, with the reduction ratio not exceeding 25% of his holdings
