According to the announcement from Natural Beauty (00157), Ms. Guo Yanting has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company for the receipt of legal documents and notices in Hong Kong as specified under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong, effective from August 5, 2025.
Ms. Li Meiyi has been appointed to replace Ms. Guo as the company secretary and authorized representative as required by the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance, effective from August 5, 2025
